After we returned home from China, one of our Chinese hosts e-mailed to say that he thinks the following incentives could be arranged for dairy farmers who would move to China "with their cows and necessary working machine tools that would be needed to successfully run a dairy farm":
- free land
- free labor
- fixed milk price for a period of years
- no Chinese taxes
